sermon podcast; "What Did Jesus Look Like?"

http://bridgepointchurch.podomatic.com/

Isaiah 52 & 53 gives us a description of what the Messiah, who we now know as Jesus, may have looked like during probably the most important part of His life and ministry but… what did Jesus really look like?

For centuries Bible Scholars, Scientists, Archeologists TV & Movie Producers as well as many of us have tried to answer that question but…to arrive at an answer…all we have to do is look at God’s Word where Jesus’ describes of Himself.

To listen to “What Did Jesus Look Like?” just click on the link above and you’ll be directed to BPC’s podcast webpage.

Enjoy!

sermon podcast "Isaiah on Easter"

http://bridgepointchurch.podomatic.com/

Many times God through His prophets let the people of Israel in on His plan of redemption particularly describing the Messiah through the words of Isaiah & thru Isaiah God gave His people & us a small glimpse into how this was all going to go down but…I gotta think, after hearing Isaiah’s description, the people found his suffering servant somewhat difficult to accept…I mean….weren’t they, for hundreds of years, expecting a concurring king rather than a man of sorrows to deliever them?
